Sam is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our portfolio companies and investments.

Possessing vast experience in international aviation & global logistics gained over nearly two decades in the global airline industry, Sam was the Country Manager (Cameroun) for Kenya Airways/KLM. There, he led the turnaround of the business by reopening country operations, increasing capacity and revenue by multiple folds, thereby gaining #1 market share for the airline in the country. In 2007, he was appointed Area Vice President (Europe & USA), where he worked from the London office, managing revenues of over $300 million and representing the airline on the SkyTeam Alliance board.

Sam holds a BA in History and International Relations from Lagos State University and has attended several executive management programs on corporate leadership and general management. He is an alumnus of the Université de Paris, Harvard Business School and Columbia Business School. Besides English, Sam is fluent in French and has a working knowledge of Spanish.

Gbolahan Shaba is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at LATC where he drives the day-to-day execution of strategy across all of the Group’s businesses. He has overall responsibility for driving organizational efficiency, including the establishment and development of key external partnerships and alliances. He sits on the board of all LATC Group companies.

Gbolahan has over 20 years of experience in strategy formulation, transaction execution, project management in the financial services and energy sectors. He has worked with various organisations to successfully raise growth and expansion capital in excess of US$1 billion. He led the Marine business from inception and helped to secure over US$44m of debt financing for the acquisition of marine vessels from Damen Shipyards in the Netherlands. Through his leadership, he has established the business as one of the leading marine service providers in the upstream oil & gas industry. He continues to drive the adoption of technology across the group to enhance and streamline our business process. Gbolahan also worked with the Shipowners Association of Nigeria as a General Secretary, helping to liaise with various regulatory authorities to shape policy and address issues affecting the maritime industry.

Gbolahan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria and a Master’s degree in Business and Management in Emerging Markets from the University of Reading, United Kingdom. He has attended several trainings and conferences including the Harvard Business School Senior Executive Program Africa in 2016.

Oliver Amike is the Chief Financial Officer of LATC where he is responsible for overseeing the company’s Financial Strategy, Financial Reporting, Planning and Financial Management functions across our businesses.

Oliver Amike is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountant (ACCA) UK, Fellow the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

An alumnus of both the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science, (Corporate Finance and Strategy), and Columbia Business School (Global CFO Senior Executive Program), New York. Oliver holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University (UK) and an M.Sc. from the University of London.

A seasoned financial leader with proven track record of delivering strategic financial insights that drive company growth and enable successful entry into new markets, Oliver’s work experience span across regions with over 20 years' multi-sector experience in Aviation, Shipping, IT, Consulting, Public Sector and Marine.

Prior to joining LATC, Oliver was the Finance Manager of AP Moller Maersk Limited where he was responsible for the finance and accounting function of the company.

Kingsley leads the Group’s strategy efforts, focusing on venture formation, business transformation, and providing strategic support to portfolio companies. His role spans the design and execution of initiatives that drive sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and value creation across the Group's investments.

Bringing extensive global experience in framing and implementing corporate strategies, Kingsley has successfully led high-impact initiatives across diverse industries. Before joining LATC, he served as a management consultant at Deloitte, where he spearheaded several high-profile transformation projects. His areas of expertise include corporate transformation, business model innovation, due diligence, digital strategy, and performance evaluation for large organizations.

Kingsley is an alumnus of INSEAD and has also completed a strategy execution course at London Business School. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics and an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business. Additionally, he is a certified Project Manager (PRINCE2) and a Scrum Master (SAFe, CSM), further enriching his strategic and operational capabilities.

Faridah Orimobi is the Group Head, Legal at LATC, where she is responsible for providing strategic legal leadership, overseeing legal risk management, advising on corporate governance and regulatory compliance, and supporting key commercial, transactional and operational initiatives across the Group.

With over 15years of legal experience across leading corporate law firms, investment banking, gaming technology and corporate advisory roles, Faridah has built deep expertise in anti-trust, consumer protection and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, corporate advisory, private equity, banking and finance, capital markets, technology, regulatory engagement, legal risk management and trust services. She has advised on complex local and cross-border transactions and strategic legal matters across various sectors.

Before joining LATC, Faridah served as Group Head of Legal at a start-up operating a digital platform that provided supply chain management, financial services and market insights for informal trade and commerce across various regions in Africa. Prior to that, at Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie, she specialised in capital markets, debt issuance programmes, mergers and acquisitions, competition and start-up financing. She advised on landmark sukuk transactions, including Nigeria’s first state government sukuk and the Federal Government of Nigeria’s first sovereign sukuk issuance. She also advised on the Nigerian law aspects of Seplat Energy’s acquisition of Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited, Exxon Mobil’s Nigerian on shore and shallow-water business.

Faridah holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree fromthe Faculty of Law, University of Lagos, where she graduated top of her class. She is a member of the NigerianBar.

Faridah Orimobi is an accomplished capital markets, competition and corporate finance lawyer, global business adviser and philanthropist. Recognised by international legal ranking directories as a notable practitioner in capital markets and debt, she combines deep transactional expertise with a strong commitment to responsible business and social impact.

She servesas a trustee of the Tokunbo Orimobi Foundation and has completed executive and professional certificate programmes, including Belles Histoires d’Entrepriseà Impact from ESSEC Business School and Effective Compliance Programs from the University of Pennsylvania. A multilingual legal practitioner, she works fluently in English, her local language and French.

Onaolapo Thomas is the Group Head, Human Resources at LATC Group, where she leads the Group's people and culture strategy across its diversified portfolio of businesses. As a member of the Leadership Team, she is responsible for driving organisational effectiveness, leadership development, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and culture transformation, ensuring the Group has the people capabilities required to achieve its strategic ambitions.

With morethan 19 years of executive HR and consulting experience, Onaolapo has partnered with Boards, CEOs, and executive leadership teams to build high-performing organisations across investment holding groups, technology, financial services, entertainment, and professional services. Her expertise spans HR strategy, organisational design, executive search, talent management, succession planning, change management, and executive coaching. She is recognised for aligning people strategy with business priorities to enable growth, transformation, and sustainable performance.

Before joining LATC Group, Onaolapo held senior leadership roles at Vendease Africa, Filmhouse Cinemas Group, KPMG Advisory, and Chapel Hill Denham, where she led strategic people and transformation initiatives across multiple industries.

Onaolapo holds an M.A. (Hons) in Economics & International Relations from the University of Aberdeen and has the Senior Professional in Human Resources International (SPHRi) certification by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).

Beyond her executive responsibilities, Onaolapo is an Advisory Member of the Terebinth Foundation, supporting initiatives that promote sustainable development and community impact. She also serves as an Advisory Member of Fruits4Schoolz, an initiative dedicated to improving the nutrition and educational outcomes of children in underserved communities. She is passionate about developing future leaders and building purpose-driven organisations where people and business performance thrive together.
